"Alice's Little House" is romance and the adventure of Hood Canal all rolled into one! This is the perfect place to enjoy a getaway with someone special any time of the year.

Every day is an adventure at Alice's Little House on Hood Canal. MacKee, the resident cat, will be here to greet you as you arrive at this romantic little beach house which has gorgeous views from every room. Tide in or tide out, Hood Canal has plenty to offer everyone. You can enjoy the solitude of the beach house or get out and explore the wonders of the Canal. High tide gives the illusion of the "Little House" actually floating on the water. Low tide reveals the bounty of the beach--oysters, moon snails, starfish and the shooting spray of geoduck. Guests may shuck their daily limit of oysters on the beach. Dig your own clams at a designated regional bed, or enjoy the famous Hood Canal shrimp. Be sure to bring your binoculars! Our resident eagles, blue heron, cormorants, seals, and occasional orcas are just a few of the sights to enjoy. Exploring the Canal by kayak or scuba diving brings you "up close and personal" with this rich natural environment. Octopus Hole for diving is just five miles south and is one of the Northwest's premier shore dives. Come and experience South Hood Canal at Alice's, where every day is a holiday!

No smoking, no pets, quiet after 10:00 p.m., please. Reservations require a 50% deposit to confirm; final payment is due 30 days before arrival.  Payment may be made with personal check or with VISA/Mastercard for an additional 2% processing fee. In case of cancellation, reservations are refundable minus a $150.00 rebooking fee as long as we can rerent the home. If we are unable to rerent the home, the reservation is nonrefundable. Rates are for two-person occupancy, but this home will sleep up to six people (on sofa sleepers). There is an additional $20.00 per person per night charge for extra occupants. Rates do not include a $175.00 refundable security deposit, 10.4% tax, or $80.00 cleaning fee.
