Designed to take full advantage of the view, Marilyn's Oyster Beach Bungalow has a unique octagonal greatroom with beautiful wood beam ceilings, central fireplace, and large picture windows.  The wraparound, covered, flagstone patio is a perfect place to relax in any weather. 

Marilyn's Oyster Beach Bungalow is nestled in a community of other vacation homes on a small point with 55 feet of no-bank beachfront.  This one-story beach home is located off the main road, with fences and vegetation to help maximize your privacy as you enjoy your getaway.  Oyster Beach is ideal for families or a group of good friends who enjoy swimming, crabbing, boating, beach fires, strolls along the shore, abundant oysters, and just plain relaxing.

Hood Canal is famous for its sunsets, but people on the North Shore know that sunrise is the Canal's best kept secret.  It just might be your favorite time of day as you enjoy your cup of coffee watching the resident bald eagles, heron, ducks, seals, and occasional otters come to life.  Easterly facing and designed to take full advantage of the view, Oyster Beach Bungalow has a unique octagonal greatroom with beautiful wood beam ceilings, central fireplace, and large picture windows.  The full service kitchen includes all the conveniences of home with a dishwasher, microwave, appliances such as toaster, coffeemaker, blender, etc., and place settings for twelve.  The dining table seats ten for meals, games, or just catching up.  There is one full bathroom and a second shower located in the laundry room which includes a stacking washer/dryer.  A Weber barbecue is available for your use--briquettes and lighter fluid provided.  The owners have also provided a small rowboat for your enjoyment on the water.

This three-bedroom home sleeps eight people very comfortably.  Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds; the third has bunk beds--twin upper bunk, full-sized lower bunk.  A queen-sized futon in the greatroom completes the sleeping accommodations.

Marilyn's welcomes you--from the moment you turn into the treelined driveway, you will begin to understand that Hood Canal is a special place any time of year.  The beach beckons in the summertime with it's shellfish (you've never had fresh oysters like these!), water activities, wildlife, s'mores and conversation at the beach fire.  With its colorful quilts, fabulous view, and central fireplace, you'll enjoy the coziness of Marilyn's just as much for a wintertime getaway!

No smoking; no pets.  Rental rate is for occupancy of eight; additional charge for extra occupants as follows:  $10/night for children, $20/night for adults.  Reservations require a 50% deposit to confirm; final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Payment can be made with personal check or with VISA/Mastercard for an additional 2% credit card processing fee.  In case of cancellation, reservations are refundable minus a $150.00 rebooking fee as long as we can rerent the unit.  If we are unable to rerent the unit, the reservation is nonrefundable.  A $250.00 refundable security deposit is required and there is a $100.00 cleaning fee.  Rates do not include 10.4% tax.
