Located on 60 feet of no bank waterfront on Stretch Island near Grapeview, this 2-story, 3 bedroom, cabin comfortably sleeps six:  one king bed, one queen, one twin and a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room.  You'll feel the easygoing style of the owners and their love for the saltwater in every room as you enjoy the conveniences and extra touches that make this a perfect place to relax.

Everything here is about the water...the gentle lapping of the water as you relax on the deck at high tide, walks on the beach, collecting clams or oysters, boating, kayaking, sailing, fishing, swimming and viewing our resident wildlife.  Children really enjoy the sandy beach and our swim raft.  Rinse off the sand from a day of playing on the water/beach in the outdoor shower, or try a wake-up morning shower outdoors.  Why not...you're on vacation!  A western exposure allows you to take full advantage of the late afternoon sun and warmth as you enjoy your outdoor activities.  Savor the sunset as you cook up your evening meal on the BBQ on the deck, then wind down with stories and s'mores at the firepit on the beach.  A rousing game of basketball on our court is a great way to work off dinner or any of that pent up stress you might be carrying with you (bring your own basketball, please).  Other memory-making activities and points of interest nearby include:  Puget Sound Maritime Museum, excellent golf courses, shopping, privately owned vineyards and wineries, chainsaw carving, artist blacksmith shop and gallery, hiking, ATV trails, nature preserve with walking trails and dining.

No pets; no smoking.  Three night minimum stay during peak summer season - May through September.  Reservations require a 50% deposit to confirm; final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Payment can be made with personal check or with VISA or Mastercard for an additional 2% credit card processing fee.  In case of cancellation, reservations are refundable minus a $150.00 rebooking fee as long as we can rerent the unit.  If we are unable to rerent the unit, the reservation is nonrefundable.  A $250.00 refundable security deposit and $100.00 cleaning fee are also required.  Rates do not include 10.4% tax.
