Ready for a break?  This year, get away from it all.  Avoid the crowds at those overpopulated vacation spots and relax in the warm waters of Case Inlet on beautiful Puget Sound.  If you're looking for quality beachfront living, look no further for your home-away-from-home.  This completely remodeled home sits on 1 1/2 acres of no-bank waterfront, with a southerly view of Case Inlet.  It offers comfort, space, and amenities you just don't get in a hotel.  The owners' pride in "The Boathouse" shows in the quality touches such as updated decor and furnishings throughout, beautiful hardwood floors, french doors to the deck, an impressive river rock fireplace, and a private outdoor hot tub.  Decorated "Pottery Barn" style, the three bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping accommodations for six; the master and one bedroom have queen-sized beds and the third has two twin beds with wicker headboards done in navy/red/white nautical motif.  The red leather sofa in the living room is a hide-a-bed, increasing total sleeping accommodations to eight.

Boaters and kayakers love Case Inlet for it's natural beauty, calm waters and easy access to the surrounding area.  Moor your boat on the buoy in front of the house and (tide's permitting!) it'll be ready when you are for waterskiing, a leisurely cruise around the Sound or a trip into Shelton and Olympia for dinner.  You'll find plenty to do in the area from golfing to watersports to foraging the beach for clams and oysters for your dinner.  Or just do nothing at all and never leave The Boathouse!  A relaxing soak in the hot tub is the perfect end to any day no matter what time of year.

The lower unit is also available for rent if you need to accommodate a larger group.  It is self-contained with one bedroom (queen bed), bath, kitchen, dining and living room.  If the upper unit is rented, we will not rent the lower unit so your privacy is assured.  We invite you to relax at "The Boathouse", but we trust you'll take good care of our home.  We hope you leave with the feeling of wanting to come back!

No smoking and no pets, please.  Reservations require a 50% deposit to confirm; final payment is due 30 days before arrival.  Payment can be made with personal check or with credit card for an additional 2% processing fee.  In case of cancellation, reservations are refundable minus a $150.00 rebooking fee as long as we can rerent the unit.  If we are unable to rerent the unit, the reservation is nonrefundable.  There is a $350.00 refundable security deposit required.  Rates do not include 10.4% sales tax or a $100.00 cleaning fee.
