This beautiful two-story, 3BR/2BA beach front home, with an additional 1BR/1BA guesthouse, is located on Stretch Island and is available for year round rental.  It sleeps seven people comfortably in 3 bedrooms--one bedroom on the main level with two twin beds, master bedroom downstairs with king, second bedroom down with queen and twin.  The guest cabin at the back of the property, with its own 3/4 bath, sleeps five .  That's total sleeping accommodations for twelve!  Just a 1 hour 45 minute drive from Seattle, you can feel yourself relax as you get closer to Stretch Island.  Gorgeous views, 100 feet of beach front property with private beach, swimming, oysters, clam digging, kayaking, salmon fishing, firepit for evening campfire, big yard for entertaining are some of the things that you can enjoy here.

NO SMOKING.  Three-night minimum stay during peak season and holidays; 2-night minimum during value season.  10% discount for reservations of five nights or more.  Your well-behaved pet is welcome here, with a pet fee of $25/night.  Nonaggressive breeds only--prior approval required.  Please be considerate of our home and yard and nearby friends/neighbors--you must supervise and clean up after your pet; your pet must be leashed and confined to our yard when outside.  In the house, pets are to be confined to noncarpeted areas. 

Reservations require a 50% deposit to confirm; final payment is due 30 days before arrival.  Payment can be made with personal check or VISA/Mastercard for an additional 2% credit card processing fee.  In case of cancellation, reservations are refundable minus a $150.00 rebooking fee as long as we can rerent the unit.  If we are unable to rerent the unit, the reservation is nonrefundable.  A $325.00 refundable security deposit is required.  Rates do not include 10.4% sales/lodging tax or a $100.00 cleaning fee.
