Nestled on a very private, 1+ acre no-bank waterfront lot on beautiful Case Inlet, this lovely home is the perfect vacation home for families.  This quality 3-story home is open and spacious, situated on its lot to take best advantage of the wonderful waterfront views.  Nearly all the windows face the water!  Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the private decks, or perhaps host a get-together with family or friends after a day of playing in the water and strolling along the shoreline gathering oysters and clams.  "By the Bay" was designed for comfortable beach living with updated decor and applicances, hardwood floors, and plenty of room for gathering in the house, on the deck, or in the yard.  The home has sleeping accommodations for seven in beds--two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and queen and twin sofa sleepers in the downstairs family room.  With all the comforts of home and great amenities, your stay at By the Bay will go by far too quickly!  One of the best memories of a Washington vacation is the spectacular sunsets.  What better way to enjoy them than relaxing with family or friends on the deck or in the hot tub?

The Fair Harbor Marina is just around the corner and a mooring buoy is available, so plan to bring your boat.  Kayaking is great, too, in the beautiful natural surroundings of Case Inlet and nearby Stretch and Treasure Islands.  Plan your dream vacation...spend your days exploring the northwest and its many wonderful beaches, shops, and neighboring communities of Seattle, Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Belfair, Union, Hoodsport, and others.

No smoking.  Your well-behaved pet is welcome here with pet fee of $25/night/pet.  Nonaggressive breeds only;  prior approval required.  Please be considerate of our home and yard and our friends and neighbors nearby--you must supervise and clean up after your pet, your pet must be leashed and confined to our yard when outside.  In the house, pets to be confined to noncarpeted area.

Rate applies to occupancy rate of seven people;  additional charge of $25/night for each occupant over seven people.

Reservations require a 50% deposit to confirm; final payment is due 30 days before arrival.  Payment can be made with personal check or with VISA or Mastercard for an additional 2% processing fee.  In case of cancellation, reservations are refundable minus a $150.00 rebooking fee as long as we can rerent the unit.  If we are unable to rerent the unit, the reservation is nonrefundable.  There is a $300.00 refundable security deposit required.  Rates do not include 10.4% sales tax or $125 cleaning fee.
